All-included turnkey SaaS solution

Our offer is based on the "Software as a Service" (SaaS) concept. We will run PPMS for you on our servers.
We perform all necessary installation and maintenance operations for you, so you can just enjoy the software. SaaS allows us to provide the most efficient maintenance and support services, and it will also save you IT related labor, hardware and software costs such as:

  • Hardware related costs: acquisition costs, hardware support contracts, and data-center related costs (like energy, UPS, climate control, etc.)
  • Operating system related costs: installing patches and OS configuration and backup.
  • Database software costs: enterprise database solutions are expensive and require qualified staff to install, configure, maintain and backup.
  • Security related costs: yearly SSL certificates to secure access, IP access control, etc.

Privacy & access to your data

  • All the data in your hosted PPMS database belongs to you, and you have complete control over it.
  • Stratocore maintains an accounting log of all access to your database (including maintenance operations by authorized Stratocore staff).
  • You can export your data from our servers at anytime. Your PPMS database can be exported as a database dump or plaintext, Excel or Access format.

  • 50X credit - up to your full monthly fee (we credit you back 50 times what you paid for every minute of downtime not allowed by our SLA)*
  • We will backup your PPMS database for you. Backup archives are stored off-site in two different geographic locations and are encrypted (AES 256bits).
  • Multiple geographic locations allow quick fail-over and minimum latencies when accessing your PPMS instance from any part of the word.

Secure

  • All communications to your PPMS instance are encrypted with industry-standard SSL encryption (https protocol).
  • Access to your PPMS instance will be restricted to your institution's IP network (and to any partner's network or IP range).
