    Stratocore SAS ("us", "we", or "our") operates the stratocore.com website, and if you are a customer, of the Stratocore support portal (the "Service").

    We collect, process, and use your personal data as required for the respective purpose or for purposes which you gave consent to, such as providing the services that you use on our websites or in zendesk, including but not limited to downloads, discussion boards, online job applications, individual requests (e.g. using our contact form), blogs, registration to our courses and other offerings, the creation of statistics and the improvement of our websites and the offered services in order to ensure the security of our websites, and provided you gave consent to, for marketing purposes especially sending you emails. We further use your personal data provided for processing your enquiries and requests.

    We may also combine information you provided with data on you that we have already stored. Combining data this way allows us to keep our data updated and accurate, and to optimize the service we provide to you. We may also process your Usage Data

    We may process information contained in any enquiry you submit to us ("enquiry data"). The enquiry data may be processed for the purposes of offering, marketing and selling relevant goods and/or services to you. The processing is partly performed by a customer relation management system, and by using zendesk if you send us a support message there.

    We may process information contained in or relating to any communication that you send to us ("correspondence data"). The correspondence data may include the communication content and metadata associated with the communication. Our website will generate the metadata associated with communications made using the website contact forms. Moreover, our zendesk instance may also create similar data if you choose to use it and send support requests to us. The correspondence data may be processed for the purposes of communicating with you and record-keeping, providing you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about. The processing is partly performed by a customer relation management system, or by zendesk features.
